Where can I post?+
TikTok and YouTube Shorts. Your videos go up as normal posts from your own account — no watermarks, no extra text in your caption, and nothing that marks them as scheduled.
Will my posts look like I made them by hand?+
Yes. We upload the exact file and caption you give us, so viewers see the same post you would have uploaded from your phone.
Does my computer need to be on?+
No. Once a post is scheduled we publish it for you at the minute you chose, even if your laptop is shut and the app is closed.
Can I schedule a post for later?+
Yes, on every plan including Free. When you upload, choose a day and time in your own timezone instead of posting now, and it goes out then. You can line up as many as you like.
Can I change a post after scheduling it?+
Yes. Everything waiting to go out is listed on one screen, where you can fix a caption, move it to another time, or cancel it — up until the moment it publishes.
How many accounts can I add?+
Free covers one TikTok profile and one YouTube channel. Creator doubles that, Pro takes you to four TikTok profiles and ten YouTube channels, and Agency to ten and twenty-five. You choose where each video goes.
What files can I upload?+
MP4, MOV, and WebM up to 200MB per video. Vertical clips work best, since both places are short-form feeds.
What does ReelsDesk not do?+
It does not edit your videos. There is no clipping, captioning, or reframing here — bring finished clips and we get them posted, on time, everywhere they need to go.
What if a post is rejected?+
Each account is handled on its own, so one problem never stops the others. You get the reason in plain words — caption too long, file not supported — and can fix it and try again.
Do you keep my videos?+
Only until they are posted. Once a video has gone out everywhere you sent it, we delete the file automatically.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Cancel in one click and you keep your plan until the end of the period you already paid for, then move back to Free. No fees and no phone call.
