Refund Policy

The short version

If ReelsDesk is not what you expected, email us within 14 days of your payment and we refund it in full. No form to fill in, no reason required.

Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically. Cancel any time from the billing page and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. If a renewal caught you by surprise, tell us within 14 days and we will refund it as long as the period was largely unused.

Plan changes

Upgrades and downgrades are prorated by Paddle at the moment you switch, so you are only charged for the difference in the time remaining.

When we cannot refund

• Payments older than 14 days on a period you have used.
• Accounts suspended for breaking the terms of service.
• Posts rejected or removed by TikTok or YouTube — their moderation decisions are not ours to reverse.

How to ask

Email support@probuildercalc.com from the address on your account. Refunds are issued by Paddle, our merchant of record, back to the original payment method, usually within five to ten business days.
