The service

ReelsDesk lets you upload short videos, connect your TikTok and YouTube accounts, and publish or schedule posts to those accounts through the platforms' official APIs. We are not affiliated with TikTok or YouTube, and we cannot control how those platforms rank, moderate, or remove your content.

Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your password and connected accounts secure.
• You must be old enough to enter a contract in your country.
• One person or business per account, unless your plan includes extra profiles.

Your content

You keep every right to the videos and captions you upload. You grant ReelsDesk only the permission needed to store your files and transmit them to the destinations you choose. You confirm that you hold the rights to whatever you publish, including music and footage you did not create.

Acceptable use

You may not use ReelsDesk to publish content that:

• breaks the law or the terms of TikTok or YouTube;
• infringes someone else's copyright or trademark;
• harasses, defrauds, or impersonates another person;
• automates engagement or otherwise games platform metrics.

We may suspend an account that does any of the above, and we will tell you why when we do.

Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance through Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle handles payment, invoicing, and any sales tax or VAT. Plans renew automatically until cancelled, and cancelling stops the next renewal while leaving your access in place until the period you already paid for runs out. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice by email.

Availability

We work to keep ReelsDesk online and posting on time, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Publishing depends on TikTok and YouTube accepting the upload, and their APIs can rate-limit, reject, or delay a post for reasons outside our control.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, ReelsDesk is not liable for lost reach, lost revenue, or lost data arising from use of the service, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Ending the agreement

You may stop using ReelsDesk and delete your account at any time. We may end the agreement if you breach these terms or if we stop offering the service, in which case we refund any unused prepaid time.
