Privacy Policy

What we collect
- Account details. Your name, email address, and a hashed password. We never store your password itself.
- Connected platform data. When you link TikTok or YouTube, we store the access and refresh tokens plus your public profile name and avatar. Tokens are encrypted at rest and used only to publish on your behalf.
- Your uploads. The videos and captions you send us, kept only until every destination you picked has finished publishing.
- Billing data. Paddle, our merchant of record, processes payments and stores card details. We only receive your subscription status, plan, and customer ID — never your card number.
Why we use it
To run the service you signed up for: publishing and scheduling posts, enforcing the limits of your plan, sending transactional email about your account, and diagnosing failures. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your videos to train models.
Who we share it with
- TikTok and YouTube — the videos, captions, and settings you choose to publish.
- Paddle — billing and tax processing.
- Our infrastructure providers — hosting, database, and file storage, strictly to operate the service.
We also disclose data where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Videos are deleted automatically once all their publish jobs finish. Account records and publish history are kept while your account exists. Delete your account and we remove your personal data within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax and accounting.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, or have it deleted. Disconnect a platform at any time from the accounts page, which removes the stored tokens immediately. To make a request, email support@probuildercalc.com.
Cookies
We set one cookie to keep you signed in. It is required for the app to work and is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.
